Eagle House (1859—1867) is a five-storey heritage building on Cambridge Road, Hastings, being transformed by IF_DO into a community-led mixed-use hub for Hastings Commons. Co-designed with residents and young people, it delivers an accessible community living room, affordable workspaces, and youth support spaces.
